Happy World Nutella Day!
I racked my brains last night to decide on a Nutella recipe to make for one. Since the Husband is on a post-CNY detox/workout craze, I couldn’t find it in me to ask him to eat a whole Nutella brownie or cheesecake with me. I was contemplating a single-serving Nutella molten lava recipe, but that just seemed like too much work for one. Cookies? No, thanks. Too much of those during Chinese New Year.
Then inspiration struck in the form of half a pack of spring roll/popiah wrappers leftover from making CNY seaweed crackers.
Very crispy, warm, oozy, Nutella-ey goodness.
Gone in a total of four perfect bites.
Left me a bit starry-eyed by how good it was, honestly.
Nutella has that effect on some people right?
