Life's better with cake and a sprinkle of fairy dust
Crazy hot weather again in Sunnypore. Hubby commented that our electricity bill this month is sky high. Drats. Time to cut down on the air-conditioning and devise other ways to keep cool.
This recipe is dead simple to make. 3 ingredients and the ice-cream maker does nearly all the work. Makes four servings (in our house, that means two.)
4 tbsp Yujacha, or Korean citron tea
4 calamansi limes, juiced
4-6 tbsp honey, to taste
1. Stir all the ingredients together with 400ml of very very cold water.
2. Pop into the ice-cream maker while it’s running and churn until firm.
3. Serve immediately.
