Matryoshka Doll Macarons

Matryoshka (Russian for ‘nesting’) dolls have fascinated me since I was a little girl. A set of these dolls still sit atop the TV in the living room in my gran’s home where I spent my childhood. Children’s Day in Singapore is in 2 weeks and I think it’s quite fitting to make these macarons inspired by my childhood to celebrate the occasion.
